About

Peter Siepierski, owner and operator of Adrenaline Training Professionals is a Certified  Personal Training Specialist, Nutrition & Wellness Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Specialist in Strength and Conditioning, Crossfit Level 1 Trainer and Certified Swim Instructor with a strong athletic history. Pete began playing hockey around the same time he began to walk and throughout his hockey years he played on teams such as the Major Peewee Cape Breton Selects, Midget AAA Jeans Experts, Sydney Academy Wildcats and Junior B Alpines.

In addition to a solid background in hockey, Pete also has over a decade of powerlifting experience. He entered his first competition at sixteen years of age and since then has won 4 canadian national benchpress championships (from 2000 to 2011), was the national pound for pound bench press champion in the junior division (2004), has won numerous provincial titles setting provincial and highschool records (bench, squat and deadlift) and placed 15th at the 2011 IPF world benchpress championship. Pete is also a proud Cape Breton Pathers Football team alumni and has since moved on to be the official strength coach of the Sydney Academy Wildcats Football Program as well as the Major Bantam Cougars Hockey Program.

He is interested in training anyone with the desire to improve their fitness, regardless of their current fitness level and strongly believes that success in fitness is the result of training, nutrition, rest and recovery.

Pete sends special thanks to John Fraser, Ron Delaney and Eddie Moules for introducing him to powerlifting, coaching him to four national titles and sharing their knowledge. They have given him the information and tools to help others in the same way they helped him.
