Kyle Farrell - Cape Breton Screaming Eagles Forward

"Property of the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles, I was drafted 39th overall in the 2010 Quebec Major Junior entry draft. I started training with Pete when I was 13 years old. In order to compete with much bigger kids as I progressed in hockey, I knew I had to increase my strength to its full potential. Pete showed me how to train properly by splitting muscle groups up, working them and having enough rest in between my workouts. Along with the proper technique to get the most out of my training, Pete also taught me how important nutrition and proper rest is. Pete was a huge part of me getting physically stronger to be competitive on teams that thought that I was too small to play on. Pete worked with me to get me ready to play for Team Nova Scotia for 2 consecutive years at the Atlantique Challenge Cup, where I won the Hard Hat award both years and also in preparation for my second year with the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles once again helping me become much stronger and faster to be able to progress in the QMJHL. Pete is a huge part of getting me to where I am at today."

"Hockey Canada's first trip to Sydney was a complete success. Peter Siepierski was our off ice conditioning coach and did an exceptional job especially on such short notice. We held the first Hockey Canada/Screaming Eagles Skills Development Camp in Sydney on November 20, 2010 at Center 200. With as many as 80 young hockey players divided into 3 groups, Peter set up a complete off ice training camp that covered strength, cardio, speed, agility, balance and reaction exercises sport specific to hockey to help improve our young athletes while having fun training at the same time. I would like to thank Pete on behalf of Hockey Canada and would highly recommend him to any organization or team as their sports conditioning coach."

"My name is Mitchell MacDougall. I am 16 years old. I started to train with Peter when I was 14. I came to Peter with a goal in mind to make bantan AAA as a first year. Well that summer he gave me the basics of what I need to reach that goal, and we achieved it. Last year I was going into grade 10 and really wanted to make the Riverview Redmen. This time I told him I want to be stronger and faster because I was going to be playing with kids 3 years older than me, and didnâ??t want to be pushed around by them. Once the season ended, we got hard at it and went even harder in the summer so when tryouts came around I was good and ready to go and I ended up achieving this goal too. Peter has been a great role model in and out of the gym."

Joe MacDonald

"My name is Joe MacDonald. I've struggled with my weight most of my life until I began talking to Pete about what to eat, what not to eat and when to eat certain foods throughout the day. We were both working in Alberta at the time and every week or two we would have a phone conversation that educated me more and more each time. I didn't talk much about my progress in our conversations as time passed and almost a year later we were both home for the summer. Pete was building his house at the time when I stopped in to see the progress and got a funny look as I approached because pete thought I was my younger brother . I went from well over 300lbs down to 230lbs since our first conversation. With tons of knowledge in training and nutrition pete is a well rounded personal trainer."

Robyn Edwards

"My name is Robyn Edwards and I am 16 years old. I trained with Pete for the last 3 years. It all started when I made the Malcolm Munroe Jr. High cheerleading team as a base. Peter told me he would help me get in shape for that position and that’s exactly what he did. He helped me gain lean muscle mass and worked the specific muscle groups needed to be a base. Last year I also asked Pete to help me train to make the Riverview Redettes cheerleading team. He also prepared me for that and helped me accomplish my goal. I now train steady with Pete 2-3 times a week and feel great after each workout, knowing I am getting stronger while developing lean muscle mass. Just when I am about to give up in an exercise, he encourages me to finish it and that makes me feel good knowing I completed something I didn’t think I would be able to. Pete also helped me to rearrange my meal placement to benefit my exercise program. He helps me make better decisions in nutrition to maintain an athletic body fat percent. I couldn’t ask for a better cousin. He is always there for me and helps me get through everything, whether it’s achieving a goal in fitness or helping me through any other situation. "

I've struggled with getting back into shape since surgery and couldn't figure out why nothing ever worked and why I've always injured myself after 4 weeks. With Pete I've lost 22lbs, I'm 3 times stronger from learning
proper form with exercises, I never get injured and feel like I can't be hurt.

Connor Rogers - Cape Breton Screaming Eagles

My name is Connor Rogers, I am 17 years old. After a strong season with the Cape Breton Tradesmen this past year, I was hoping to receive some attention from QMJHL scouts. I knew if I was lucky enough to get this chance I would need to be in the best shape of my life. By working out with Pete almost everyday I was able to achieve just that. Everytime I worked out I was improving and learning new things thanks to Pete. When I was fortunate enough to be chosen by the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles in the 8th round of the entry draft, Pete made sure to pinpoint the main areas I needed to work on and took my training extremely serious ensuring me every step of the way that i have a good shot at making the team. We knew that my strength and foot speed would be key. By the end of the off season I had gained almost 5lbs of lean muscle mass, yet I was quicker than I had ever been. I had also extremely improved on every one of my fitness assessment taken in April at the beginning of training, and again in August.
Pete didn't just put me through workouts, he taught me proper technique, nutrition and how to channel my energy to be used at the right time. I am bigger, faster, stronger and quicker then I have ever been. Pete has become a mentor in my life and played a big part in getting me to where I am today.

Shay Macdonald - Bantam Major Cougars

I was looking to train in the 2011 off-season with speed, agility, and lean muscle mass being my main objectives to prepare me for Bantam Major tryouts. After training with Pete during the hockey season last year with my Bantam AA team at the YMCA he invited me to his hockey off-season strength and conditioning program which began in April. Pete always motivated me to do my best in our previous sessions so I accepted the invitation and began training after the season was finished. Since that time Pete has encouraged me to push harder each session and paired me up with the right training partners who were also there to work hard to prepare for Bantam Major training camp as well. By the end of the off-season program my conditioning improved that much that I went from not doing so well in the runs at last years dryland training to being one of the top guys in this years dryland. After an excellent training camp I was signed by the cougars and I'm looking forward to a great upcoming hockey season and some in-season training with Adrenaline Training Professionals.

Stephen Hollohan

After a long road to a weight loss of almost 200lbs in over a year, I finally had my weight down to where I could step my training up a notch. With a body fat of 20% as my goal, I started training at ATP with Pete last July.
In my consultation, my body fat percent was 26 and I weighed in at 248 lbs. At this point I set my goals and started with my scheduled sessions in the ATP gym. After about 12 weeks of training, Pete completed an assessment. After barely being able to jump a 1' hurdle, I improved too 2' box jumps and other plyometric exercises that re-trained my nervous system to be able to do things that were unimaginable before staring my sessions. In my second assessment, I was thrilled to see my body fat had dropped to 14.9% while my weight plunged to 225lbs.When I first started, I was hoping that Pete's training would shed those few extra pounds. It turned out to be much more than that. I now consider it my last 25lbs boot camp!With my new fitness goal being strength training and building some lean muscle mass, I have complete trust in Pete at Adrenaline Training Professionals to get the job done.

Tyler MacLeod - Bantam AA County Islanders Goaltender

I began training at ATP this past summer. Before training began, Pete put me through a number of assessments to evaluate my current health and fitness level. My blood pressure and resting heart rate was also taken in these assessments. Pete noticed that my resting heart rate was unusually high. He recommended that I talk to my doctor before we get into any serious training that may cause my heart rate to rise to a dangerous level. After a number of tests and thorough check-ups the doc cleared me to train and I'm on my way to working on all the training it takes to be a better goaltender.

I couldn't get a trainer at a regular gym and I wanted to take control of my body, lose weight and keep my independence I had before I lose it. I looked for a trainer that was certified in corrective exercise. There were a few but ATP was the only accessible place. Other places had stairs or no room for a wheelchair in their gym. I've been with Peter Siepierski for over a year and a half now and I'm happy with him. He's a smart guy, he researched Friedreich's Ataxia, knows my movements and modifies a lot of stuff for me. He got me doing more things than I thought I could!

I tried to loose weight for such a long time. I tried all the weight loss programs, joined gyms, even seen a dietician. It wasn't until I met Pete at ATP that I actually started to understand how the body works and how it adapts to the types of food you eat. He taught me how, when and what to eat and when I finally started to put his knowledge to use thats when I started to drop the weight. I have also trained with him at his gym and he is one of the best out there for trainers. He challenges you, tests you and motivates you to do things with your body that you didnt know you could ever do. With Petes help I was able to drop 60 lbs and have kept it off for over 6 months now.
